The offer-builder skill: package what you sell so people say yes

You built the thing. You put it on a page. You told people about it and they said "looks great" and then nothing happened. The product is fine. The way it's presented gives nobody a reason to move.

The offer-builder skill fixes the presentation. It walks you through building what Alex Hormozi calls a Grand Slam Offer, engineered around his Value Equation: a bigger dream outcome, a higher belief it'll actually work, less time to the first result, less effort from the buyer. You come out with a named offer, a stack where every item kills a specific reason someone would hesitate, a guarantee, a true reason to act now, and one sentence you can say on a call without reading from anything.

Claude Code loads skills from a folder on your machine. Copy this one in with three lines and it shows up as a command:

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, and it's there. That's the whole install. No API keys, no config.

Type /offer-builder and tell it what you sell and who buys it. It works through the offer with you rather than spitting out a template. First it pins down the dream outcome in concrete words, so "land your first paying client in 30 days without cold calling" instead of "learn marketing." Then it asks what actually stops your buyer getting that result on their own, and it wants four to eight real answers.

From there it builds the stack, names the offer after the outcome rather than the mechanism, writes a guarantee you're comfortable with, and adds a reason to act now that has to be true. It won't invent facts or results about you, so if it needs a number it'll ask.

A good first result: a finished offer saved to ~/offers/ with the promise, the stack, the name, the guarantee, the scarcity line, the bonuses, and the one-line grand-slam statement at the bottom. Read that last line out loud. If you'd be embarrassed to say it on a call, tell the skill and it'll rewrite it.

Most people already have the ingredients. Give it what you sell and what your buyer is actually after.

If you've launched and heard silence, say so. The objections you already collected are the useful raw material.

No proof yet is a normal starting point. Say it up front so the guarantee and the first win carry more weight.
