This Privacy Policy explains how Claude Code Club ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or join our membership community. By using our website or joining the club, you agree to the practices described here.

Our membership community is hosted on the Skool platform, and payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. When you sign up or pay, parts of your data are processed by those providers under their own privacy policies as well as this one. We encourage you to review their policies alongside ours.

We collect the information you give us directly - such as your name, email address, and any details you share when you contact us, join the community, or post inside it. When you become a member, our payment processor collects the billing details needed to take payment; we receive confirmation of your subscription and limited billing metadata, but we do not store your full card number on our systems.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. This is standard server and analytics data used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

We use your information to provide and manage your membership, deliver the lessons and community access you sign up for, process payments, respond to your questions, and send you service messages about your account.

With your consent where required, we may also send you updates about new lessons, community events, and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the club - for example, the Skool community platform, our payment processor, our email provider, and analytics tools. These providers may only use your data to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our members, our team, or the public. If our business is ever transferred, member data may be part of that transfer, and we will notify you if your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

This website and the Skool platform use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; analytics cookies help us improve it.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site or community work.

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an active membership and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (such as Skool and our payment processor) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Claude Code Club is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
