5 prompts to turn one video into a week of content

3 minute readUpdated June 2026Explore more

TL;DR

These five prompts take one video transcript and turn it into three LinkedIn posts, two tweets, one email, three short-form hooks, and a schedule for the week — all in your own words from the transcript. About 15 minutes.

Copy each prompt, fill in the [brackets], and paste them in order. You need one transcript and two examples of your own writing so everything comes out sounding like you, not like AI.

Find the 7 strongest moments

Here's the transcript of a video I made: [paste transcript]. Find the gold. List the 7 strongest moments: the boldest claim, the best story, the most useful tip, the thing people will argue with. One line each, quote my actual words.

Turn the best one into a LinkedIn post

Take moment #[pick one] and write it as a LinkedIn post in my voice. Here are 2 things I actually wrote so you can hear me: [paste them]. Hook first line, short paragraphs, no hashtag spam.

Fill out the rest of the week

Now the rest: turn the other moments into 2 more LinkedIn posts, 2 tweets, and 1 short email to my list. Keep my actual phrases from the transcript. Label each one.

Write 3 short-form video hooks

Write me 3 short-form video hooks from this same transcript: the exact first line I'd say to camera for a 30-second clip. Each from a different moment.

Save it all with a schedule

Save all of this in a folder called content-pack: one file per platform, plus a schedule.md that says what goes out which day this week. Then show me the week at a glance as a simple table.

Common questions

  • Do I need to know how to code?

No. This is all pasting text and reading what comes back. Prompt 5 saves everything into files, but Claude handles that itself.

  • Where do I paste these?

Claude Code or the regular Claude app both work. Claude Code is better for prompt 5, which saves the content pack and schedule as files you can reopen all week.

  • I don't have a video transcript — can I still use this?

Yes. Paste anything long you've made: a podcast transcript, a newsletter, a webinar recording, even detailed notes. The prompts mine whatever raw material you give them.
