5 prompts to build a $10K-looking website for your business

3 minute readUpdated June 2026Explore more

TL;DR

These five prompts build a complete one-page site that looks like a $10,000 agency made it: dark, animated, with your offer, testimonials, and a mobile check. Paste them in order into Claude Code and you're done in under half an hour.

Copy each prompt, fill in the [brackets] with your own details, and paste it into Claude Code in order. Prompt 1 builds the whole page; the rest sharpen it until it ships.

Build the whole site in one shot

My name is [your name]. I run [what you do] for [who you serve]. Build me a one-page website that looks like a $10,000 agency made it. Dark, premium, animated. My offer is [your offer and price]. Use placeholder images for now. When you're done, open it in my browser, and reopen it after every change you make.

Fix the headline with three options

The headline needs work. Rewrite the hero section so a stranger instantly gets what I do and who it's for. Put 3 options in the page so I can compare them, tell me which one you'd pick and why, then I'll tell you which to keep.

Add testimonials that feel expensive

Add a section with 3 testimonials. Here's what my clients actually said: [paste 1-3 real quotes, or write 'I don't have any yet' and Claude will build clearly marked examples you swap later]. Make this section feel expensive.

Bring the page to life with animation

Now make it feel alive. Add smooth scroll animations, hover effects on every button, and one moment that makes people go 'whoa.' Don't overdo it. Premium, not Vegas.

Test it on a phone and ship it

Check the whole page on a phone screen size and fix anything that breaks. Then tell me exactly how to send this to someone and how they'll open it.

Common questions

  • Do I need to know how to code?

No. Every prompt is plain English. Claude Code writes and saves the files; your job is describing your business and filling in the brackets.

  • Where do I paste these?

Into Claude Code, opened in an empty folder made for this project. The prompts ask Claude to create files and open them in your browser, which needs Claude Code rather than the web chat.

  • Can I actually put the site online?

Yes. Prompt 5 ends with Claude telling you exactly how to send or host the page. It's a normal web page file, so any free host can serve it.
