We did not want you to have to build a video workflow from scratch, so here it is already built. Scene Cast is the same method that produced the approved demo clips: your photo is the identity anchor, dropped straight into Seedance 2.0. No face-swap, no model training, no LoRA. Your real face in a 15-second cinematic scene

A Claude Code skill from Claude Code Club. Say "cast me in a scene" and Claude interviews you (photo, scene, mood, wardrobe, color), then writes a single-shot 15-second prompt with a strict identity lock and hands you the result. Your real photo is the reference, so the face stays 1:1 with no beautification. Output is 1080p, 15s, 9:16, audio on.

Manual mode is the default and needs no API key. Automated mode is optional, uses your own fal.ai key, and confirms before it spends your credits.

Common questions

  • Do I need to train a model or use a face-swap?

    No. Scene Cast uses no face-swap, no model training and no LoRA. Your photo is the identity anchor, dropped straight into Seedance 2.0.

  • Do I need an API key?

    Not for the default manual mode. The skill hands you a copy-paste prompt and exact settings for Higgsfield or any Seedance 2.0 front-end. Only the optional automated mode needs your own fal.ai key.

  • What does the video look like?

    One continuous shot, 1080p, 15 seconds, 9:16, with audio on. A realism block aims to kill the AI look with visible pores, subsurface scattering, hair strands and film grain.

  • Will it spend my credits without asking?

    No. The optional run-scene.mjs runner uploads your photo and runs the model, which spends your credits, so it confirms before generating.

  • How does it keep my face looking like me?

    A STRICT IDENTITY LOCK block keeps the face 1:1 with no beautification, and your real photo is passed to the model as the reference.
