3 Free Google AI Tools: Stitch, Opal and Pomelli (Links, Limits and What They Replace)
TL;DR
Google Labs has three free AI tools worth knowing. Stitch turns a prompt into app and web screens you can export to Figma or code (free, with a daily credit limit). Opal builds AI mini-apps and workflows with no code (free, but Google is turning it off on November 17, 2026). Pomelli reads your website and builds on-brand social posts, ads and product shots (free, English only). Each section has the official link, what it can replace, and the limits we found when we checked on October 3, 2026.

The 3 free Google AI tools from the video
We checked every link, price and limit on October 3, 2026, straight from Google's own pages. All three are Google Labs experiments, which means they are free right now, they need a Google account, and Google can change the rules at any time. Read the limits before you cancel anything you pay for.
1. Stitch: turn one prompt into a full app design
Google Labs. Beta. Free with a daily credit limit.
What it does: you describe an app or website in plain English (or upload a sketch or screenshot) and Stitch generates the screens. It can link several screens into a clickable prototype, export to Figma, and export the HTML and CSS code.
What it can replace: paying a designer or a paid AI design tool for first-draft app screens, wireframes and clickable prototypes.
Free limits: Google's own FAQ says Stitch is "currently provided free of charge" and runs on a daily credit limit that resets at midnight UTC. Your exact credit count is shown in Stitch settings. Reviewers have reported numbers between 150 and 400 credits a day, and Google has changed it before, so trust your settings page over any number online. Reviewers also report that you cannot buy extra credits.
Who can use it: English, ages 18+, in countries where Gemini is available.
promptA mobile habit tracker app with a home screen showing today's habits as cards, a streak counter at the top, an add-habit screen, and a weekly stats screen with a bar chart. Clean, light theme, rounded cards.2. Opal: build AI workflows with zero code (until November 17, 2026)
Google Labs experiment. Free. Turns off November 17, 2026.
What it does: you describe a mini-app in plain English and Opal builds it as a visual workflow: chained prompts, image and video steps, and tools like web search. Google's gallery has examples like a blog post writer, a product research report and a social media post maker. You can share an Opal with a link.
What it can replace: paid no-code AI app builders and simple paid automation tools, for small one-person workflows.
Free limits: there is no pricing page and no paid tier. You sign in with a Google account. The editor is built for a desktop computer; on a phone you can only use or view finished apps.
Who can use it: Google publishes an official country list. It includes the US, Canada, India, Australia and Japan. The UK and EU countries such as Germany and France are not on the list.
Google Labs. Free. English only.
What it does: paste your business website and Pomelli builds your Business DNA: your colors, fonts, tone and images. Then it generates on-brand social posts, ad creatives and campaigns. Newer features include Photoshoot (turn a plain product photo into a studio or lifestyle shot), a Pomelli agent, brand books and websites.
What it can replace: paid social graphics tools and outsourced content packs for a small business that needs a steady stream of on-brand posts.
Free limits: Google's own blog calls Pomelli "a free tool from Google Labs." We found no pricing page and no paid plan. Some features may differ by country, and some image types are not supported.
Who can use it: English only, ages 18+, in the countries and territories on Google's official list, which includes the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India and most of the EU.

Is Google Opal shutting down?
Yes. Google's Opal FAQ says the service turns off on November 17, 2026. Your files stay in Google Drive under My Drive > Opal, but workflows stop running. Google points to skills in Gemini and Google AI Studio as the next places to build.
Can I use these tools in the UK or Europe?
Pomelli, yes: its official country list includes the UK and most EU countries. Opal, no: the UK and EU countries such as Germany and France are not on its list. Stitch is available in countries where Gemini is available.
